Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 June 2026
1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of the The Jewish Activist website. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
2. What this site does
The site lets you take action against antisemitism. The main feature builds a pre-filled mailto: email to your MP or councillor; the email is sent from your own email app, from your own address — we don't send it for you. You can also sign up for alerts or apply to join our community.
3. Using the site responsibly
When you use the site, you agree not to:
- send harassing, threatening, or unlawful messages;
- impersonate someone you are not;
- send commercial or marketing email through it;
- get around rate limits or other technical safeguards;
- scrape MP or councillor contact details for any other purpose;
- use the Action Alert to target anyone in a private capacity rather than in their public role.
Our full standards are in the Acceptable Use Policy. We may block access if we reasonably believe the site is being misused.
4. The emails you send
We provide MP details from the UK Parliament Members API and councillor details we hold; both can fall out of date. Because you send from your own email app, any reply, complaint or follow-up is between you and the recipient — not us. You are responsible for what you write.
5. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it on a best-effort basis and can't guarantee it will always be up, correct, or error-free. We may change or withdraw features.
6. Our content
The campaign text, branding and other material on this site belong to GPS Network or are used with permission. Please don't reproduce them in a misleading way or as if they were your own.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top tells you the current version.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
